If necessary, we represent contractors in legal disputes, especially regarding compensation for additional works, payment of due remuneration, the obligation to pay contractual penalties, or valuation disputes.
We look at the construction process not only from the legal point of view but also from the tax point of view – we present recommendations that make the investment secure from the point of view of tax law from the stage of purchasing the property on which the investment is to be carried out. We cooperate with expert appraisers which means that we are able to provide Clients not only with legal recommendations but also help them determine both the legitimacy and the amount of the claim being pursued.
