Attorney at law, Ph.D. at law specializing in civil law. A graduate of postgraduate studies ‘Legal and economic foundations of the investment process’ at the Warsaw School of Economics. Research and teaching employee at the Department of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Lecturer at postgraduate studies in contract law and real property law at the Jagiellonian University. Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Mediation and Out-of-court Dispute Resolution Center in Krakow.

He specializes in civil law as well as public procurement law. He has experience in providing legal services to large and medium-sized enterprises, including leading entities in the fuel and real estate development industries. In his practice, he deals with handling construction contractors, providing legal assistance at every stage of construction projects: he reviews contract drafts and participates in contract negotiations; he resolves issues that may arise during construction process – negotiates and proposes satisfactory solutions. He also focuses his practice on representing clients in complex dispute proceedings in various sectors.

Author of scientific publications in the field of civil law. Speaker at scientific conferences. In his professional work he also speaks English and German.
