He brings over 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs. He regularly participates in legal due diligence audits, primarily for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He advises and conducts training on personal data protection for both corporate clients and public institutions, supporting them in achieving GDPR compliance and implementing internal data protection procedures.
Author of academic publications on intellectual property and intangible assets protection, as well as a regular speaker at academic conferences.
