Legal counsel, certified mediator. An expert in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic planning and reorganization of corporate structures (including transformations, mergers and divisions of companies) as well as due diligence reviews and compliance audits.
He advises entrepreneurs in their day-to-day operations. He also specializes in civil and commercial law including analysis, drafting, negotiating and securing the performance of contracts – including international ones. He has experience in business succession projects, among others for entrepreneurs running family businesses, and in the field of alternative dispute resolution methods (ADR), such as negotiations and mediation.
He gained over 15 years of experience in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs, including large commercial companies, international capital groups and public entities in renowned law firms, in particular Deloitte Legal, as well as as an in-house legal advisor in a large international corporation.
In his work he is combines being precise and striving to provide Clients with the maximum level of legal security together with intuition and understanding of the business needs of the Clients.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Author of several legal press publications. Participant and speaker of many conferences, trainings and discussion panels.
He is fluent in English in his work.
