Expert in judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters, international transport law, international succession and family law, as well as tax proceedings. National reporter engaged in preparation of studies commissioned by European Union institutions, speaker cooperating with European Law Academy (ERA), European Lawyers Foundation and Polish National Bar Association (KIRP). Expertise in legal and tax consulting built over years in one of the so called big four consulting companies and as a tax manager in construction business.
Creative approach, focus on the perspective of the Client and emphasis put on finding solutions, which pay adequate attention to the overall situation of the Client are characteristic features of her work.
Anna is an author of scholarly publications on private international law and unification of law at the EU level and a member of European Association of Private International Law (EAPIL) and International Society of Family Law (ISFL). She has presented at numerous conferences. She is an editor of the EAPIL blog and cooperates with the EULawLive platform. She communicates in Polish, English and French.
