She has dozen years of professional experience gained during cooperation with a reputable law firm during which she successfully represented both individual and business clients. She has successfully acted in many compensation (damages), inheritance and family law cases.
She provides professional legal assistance in civil, economic and labor law proceedings, including in particular those related to traffic accidents or accidents at work. She represents clients in succession disputes, including, among others, issues of the validity of last wills, claims for legitimate portions, settlements related to the division of inheritance or succession management. She successfully conducted proceedings aimed at regulating the legal status of real estate by usucaption and enfranchisement.
A graduate of doctoral studies at the Catholic University of Lublin where she also obtained a master’s degree in canon law. She completed postgraduate studies in restructuring and bankruptcy law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Speaker at scientific conferences, author of legal publications (including in the “Commercial Law Review” [”Przegląd Prawa Handlowego”]).
