Tax advisor, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He has nearly 10 years of experience in tax advisory gained while working in a tax advisory company of the so-called ‘The Big Four’ and in a production company as an in-house tax advisor.
A specialist in the field of tax preferences addressed to entities conducting research and development activities.
Co-author of the commentary to the Corporate Income Tax Act regarding the provisions governing the tax relief for research and development activities (published by C.H. Beck 2019).
He advises in particular on the settlement of the aforementioned relief and the use of a preferential method of taxation of income generated by intellectual property rights (“IP box”), as well as in relation to the newly introduced reliefs for innovation (prototype), expansion and robotization.
